Winning Refrigeration is a locally operated and family-owned HVAC installation and service company based in Atlanta. We work to deliver the best services for our customers and offer comprehensive solutions for heating and cooling equipment, hot water heater and boilers, walk-in coolers and freezers, and commercial refrigerators and ice makers. We work with all brands of equipment, ensuring we can offer you a solution on any service call.
Meet Our “Winning” Husband and Wife Team
Our company was formed in 2021 by the husband and wife team of Jack and Belinda. The family’s experience in HVAC and construction goes back decades, and they have the knowledge and skills to handle everything from a home HVAC repair call to a large commercial installation project. In addition to its work in HVAC, the company is highly experienced in commercial real estate and has built restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, and more. Together with their three children, they live in the Atlanta area and enjoy traveling and good food.
Meet Jack
Jack’s career as a contractor started more than two decades ago when he established Winning Construction Company. While his specialty at the time was building and construction, over the years, he has evolved into an HVAC master and continues his trade in building, having constructed commercial spaces as large as 200,000 square feet. Some of his noteworthy HVAC projects include:

- Design and install over 25,000 pieces of heating and air equipment during his career.

- Sapphire Karaoke
- Repair and maintenance work for major mega-food distributors
- Repair and maintenance work for over 400 restaurants
- Installed walk-in cooler and freezer from 800 square feet to 10,000 square feet. Completed installation and services of 2,000,000 square feet of walk-in boxes and equipment
Meet Belinda
Belinda was born in Hong Kong and moved to the U.S. as a child. Her education includes a master’s degree in Business Administration from Emory University in Atlanta. She’s always been a driven and accomplished entrepreneur, which led her to establish Winning Refrigeration with her husband. She has extensive project management experience, designing and building restaurants, coffee shops, and various real estate projects. She manages all aspects of our HVAC business and projects, such as design consultation and equipment purchasing. Her previous career experience includes:
- Risk Management Specialist at a Top 2 U.S. Bank
- Senior Consultant for a Big 5 Consulting Firm
- Financial Controller at a Wall Street Investment Bank
